We are on the search for our next super star! Our Sales Coordinators play an important role in representing our brand and building sales for our company. Most importantly, our Sales Coordinators gain practical experience and knowledge of the fencing industry and grow within our company at a quick rate.

Our ideal candidate is an established, capable customer service representative. The applicant must be versatile, take ownership of the position and work well independently with the mindset of a self-starter. Execution of strong interpersonal communication skills is essential to the success of this position. Job responsibilities include:

• Answers incoming phone calls and helps clients set up appointments with our sales members for residential and service sales requests.
• Qualifies sales leads and gets the appropriate salesperson for the lead.
• Acts as a backup for our retail sales operations in times of need by helping walk-in and call-in customers.
• Assists customers with warranty questions and setting up warranty appointments.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities

· Record and generate Customer File information before purchase

· Process in-person and over-the-phone retail/special orders

· Communicating with Yard personnel to ensure accurate product availability

· Ensure proper completion of transaction procedures

· Answer high volume incoming calls, using a multiple phone line system

· Replying to Retail emails for material quotes and product availability / pricing

· Handling Cash Transactions / EOD Cash Drawer reconciliation

· Knowledge of Fencing materials and types

· Ability to perform basic math equations for building a fence, including materials needed

· Delivery and Special Order scheduling

· Daily Price and Inventory checks

· Must practice exceptional customer service and communication with each customer, across all mediums.

· Incoming deliveries

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates out of the main office at Split Rail in Littleton, and is the first point of contact customers have with the company. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

· Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of that amount

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
